Customer Service Programs

Our clients are of the utmost importance to us.  At CAP we are dedicated to providing excellence in our services and have developed a customer satisfaction survey program to provide users with an opportunity to rate and comment on the quality of service provided by the department and staff.  These surveys specifically enable users to provide feedback on each phase of the permitting process.  This provides our clients, including elected officials, management, staff and the public, information and assistance for management and setting priorities for budget decisions.  It also determines the basis for tracking opinions about the core responsibilities of government, while helping to assure maximum-quality service over time.
