Customer Service Programs

CAP can develop a customer satisfaction survey program to provide users with an opportunity to rate the quality of service provided by the department and its staff. The surveys also enable users to provide feedback on each phase of the permitting process. The focus is typically on the quality of service delivery and provides our clients including elected officials, management, staff and the public assistance in setting priorities for budget decisions. It also provides the basis for tracking opinions about the core responsibilities of government, while helping to assure maximum service quality over time.
