City of Dania Beach, Danie Pointe

C.A.P. Government Inc. successfully implemented Electronic Plans Review (EPR) to Dania Pointe a 102-acre mixed-use development with 600,000 square-foot total. The EPR system significantly shortened the plan review process and has proven to be the innovative solution that allows the City of Dania Beach to meet the needs of this fast-paced development!

The full scope of services includes: Electronic Plan Review services for building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and floodplain. CAP also provided CAP staff within the City for inspection services in various disciplines.
