Florida International Parking Garage 6

C.A.P. Government Inc. provided building code related services to Florida International University’s (FIU) 2,000-space 35,000 SF mixed-use Parking Garage No. 6 (PG6) on the Modesto Maidique campus in Miami. CAP provided complete construction documents review for code compliance verification.

The full scope of services includes: Building code related inspections, as well as threshold and welding inspections. CAP also provided general site inspections for this project: including drainage, parking, accessibility routes and electrical.
