Marc Jean | PE Structural Engineer

I’ve been working at CAP since 2014. The reason I accepted my offer of employment with CAP, was that I was looking for a new and fresh company setting that my engineering services can be put to better use. My fellow co-workers and the company’s senior leadership team have made my employment more enjoyable each day. Working with such great clients and team members my day to day does not even feel like work since I’m enjoying what I do and who I do it for, including myself. Everyone is personable and reachable, all the way up to the President of company. The company encourages career development, success, and endless advancement opportunities. My only regret is that I wish I could have started my career here sooner.
